At Lowen Harts, we have a very dedicated team made of all Level 3 Childcare Practitioners.
Our intensive interview and induction process ensures that we employ only the most professional, dedicated and caring individuals.
All of our staff are DBS checked and are signed up to the update service. They are also required to provide two references before beginning their employment.
Our team complete paediatric first aid training, food hygiene and safeguarding training as soon as they come on board, and then carry out regular training throughout the year for personal development.
Our in-house cook has a Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate and also her Level 2 Childcare qualification.
Each year we take on an apprentice to allow them to train and complete their Level 3 qualification with us.
